WOW!
These radishes will grow big in the right soil. The ones we grew in containers got HUGE ... some got as big as a plum. But watch out - they are HOT.If you like a mild radish, these are NOT the ones for you.If you like 5-Alarm Chili or food which will fry the soles off your shoes, yes. Buy and grow these. You'll enjoy them a lot. Have a slice of buttered bread or a glass of milk with ice ready, just in case.We watched a gardening/cooking show on satellite and it featured a variety of beets, carrots and radishes in different colors, so we thought we would try these as a lark. Lark? These should be compared to Dumbledore's Phoenix, not a harmless lark. But - on a positive note - they grew easily. They didn't need as much water as regular radishes and crowding was not a problem, even in container growing. In a 10-12" pot, you can plant 6 seeds [5 around the outer edge and 1 in the center]. In a window box, plant two rows, staggered planting 2" apart. Hint: to determine exactly where to put the rows, measure the width of the planter, divide the width by 3 and plant at the first/third and second/third width measurements. Start one row of seeds 1" in from edge and the second 2" in from edge for maximum container crop. No thinning needed at all. We live in the city and growing space is at a premium, so most of our garden consists of pots and containers. These work out nicely. After the first harvest, there is still time for a second crop.Enjoy.

Good seeds
They have had a decent germination rate. Although I havenβt gotten any full grown radishes yet, they seem to be doing well and growing healthily.

Produced but not good weak seedlings
While they did produce seedlings they were weak. I have tried everything to save them. They do not like the sun and wilt. Iβm giving up on these.

It sprouted but did not get a chance to grow...bad weather set in
Probably no fault of the seeds, but it did say plant them in the fall. I planted them in early September nothing came when it got cold in Denver.
