Bought the two-pack. First cartridge was fine. No streaking. It didn't quite fit as snugly as the OEM, but it worked. Second toner cartridge leaked all over the inside of the printer after about 100 pages. Toner everywhere. This put streaks along the edge of every single page. Will need to replace both the toner cartridge and the drum (which was practically brand new). Not happy at all.EDIT:The company reached out and resolved the issue. I stand by my initial review - one of the cartridges DID leak - but one thing that you're purchasing is the customer support and the determination of the company to do right by their customer. V4Ink's customer service is excellent. Upgraded from 1 star to 3.

I purchased in March, 2020 but did not use until end of May. When I installed the cartridge into my printer, the printer seemed to recognize it but only printed 12 copies before it started leaving large gaps on the bottom of every page starting with the 8th page. I tried the second cartridge and it did the same thing. I was unable to use either cartridge and had to order new ones from another vendor. In addition, upon removing the cartridges from the printer, the left side seemed to get hung up. I felt lucky that I did not damage the printer taking them out. Do not waste youyr money, they do not work in my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M227fdw.

When these toner cartridges were installed into my printer it created an awful clicking, jolting sound as it printed. It also kept displaying an error after 1-5 pages. Also, the quality of the printing on the pages were not nearly as good as my original cartridges. Streaky plus faded in places. Never had happened with an HP cartridge. After buying these and trying both with issues, I replaced with my almost empty HP toner cartridges, and the problems went away. Either by chance we received two defective toner cartridges (given both received in this twin pack did this) OR these are not worth the discounted price of the brand name. Either way, would not recommend.

This cartridge is unsuitable for the HP MFP-M277-dw and therefore the information here is incorrect. We bought a set of two black replacement cartridges at the pandemic's beginning to have spare ones. This was at the end of April. Now that we need to replace the original HP cartridge we opened the parcel and the cartridge sold to us does not suit our printer. Yet there is no longer a possibility to return this faulty item. Any help offered by the distributor or Amazon will be greatly appreciated.

For regular printing this works great, not so much for shipping labels. The toner comes out smeared on the bar codes, but will print the same label perfectly on standard paper. Not a huge issue but it is there.

Update to original review:Received replacement toner from vendor. It works fine now. Thanks so much for the prompt response. Appreciate the great customer service response. All I wanted was to be made whole on my purchase and the vendor came through!Bought as a two pack (I have a printer for work and at home).1st toner works and prints fine thus far.2nd toner installed at the workplace doesn't even print out anything legible. How can that be? I really want this product to work instead of writing a bad review given the toner requires a chip (trip transporting is a real pain, especially if the chip falls off the transporter).I wasn't expecting the second one to be a dud since the 1st one worked properly and didn't need to install it until after the return window expired.Now I need to find a more reliable vendor.

Cartridge fit was good. First print was good. I have printed about 500 pages and everything is working as it should, with one exception. After the first 100 pages I received a warning that the toner level was LOW. I now receive the same warning every time I print. I doubt that the warning is real, but time will tell. This is the reason for not rating the "Value for Money" and the 4 stars.UpdateThe warning was real. Ran out of toner in about 4 weeks or less. Every page of the second cartridge printed with a black 1/2" line down the right side. No way to fix it. Junk.

Worked fine for 150 pages, now will only print 1/2 a page, left side dark, then fades out on the right, reinstalled the old hp cartridge, though it’s low, it printed the entire page full in black, guess inexpensive isn’t always the way to go....So it came with 2 cartridges, when the hp finally crokes, I’ll put in the other crappy cartridge and spend the xtra money and buy an HP

The toner cartridge worked fine in my printer but my printer immediately recognized it as a non HP cartridge upon insertion (doesn't really matter). The print quality is ok, it does seem to leave a slight grey hue on the paper though.

I bought to replace my toner almost month ago but today when I tried to replace it my printer did not recognize any of the toners in the box.Garbage

Tried to save money by buying this instead of HP product. Ink distribution is uneven and despite much shaking is still no better. Don't recommend.
