So it is worth it from there2.DurabilityFor the metal part if this one, chips of a bit of its color as I regularly use it, the thin plastic film also slowly removes as I use it as well. Probably don't attempt to drop it, since its bottom exterior is plastic, you don't want to risk your files, so keep it in a safe place always and stay away from water or damp areas.3. ColorAs of now, the color is intact, it is vibrant and attractive to the eyes. The glow of the flashdrive is a great indicator if it is transferring and it is ejected from the computer.All in all, it is cheap as it gets, capacity is like any other flashdrive, vibrant colors and a great item to give away to your friend, to your kids and can be reliable at work as well. .

These are not USB 2.0 as advertised. They are USB 1.0. I measured the speeds. Read speed is 18MB/s max and write speed is only 8 MB/s. False advertising.

I needed drives to distribute a video to several people, so the capacity was unimportant — 1 GB would have been adequate, but at $3 each, this was a great price. Some of the reviews complained about the slow write speed, but that didn’t matter to me, as I was only putting one file on each drive. I don’t know how well they would hold up for long term heavy use, as they feel rather cheap, but for my purpose they were perfectly fine. When I was writing the file to each one, they did not seem terribly slow, but maybe not as fast as more expensive drives. When I checked them, the read speeds seemed fine. I think these are well worth the money; just don’t expect them to last for years if you use them every day. As a giveaway or a distribution medium, they are great.

These are 2.0 USB speeds so you average around 9-10 MB/s. Fast enough for any needs. I use these mainly to distribute Linux distros. I have bought well over a 1000 of these drives and have not had a bad one yet.

Because of other reviews, I tested all of mine immediately to make sure that they all worked and they did.These are 2.0 speed so they aren't amazingly fast. 16GB is about as big as I'd go at 2.0 speeds since data transfer takes ages. I originally bought these for a dual purpose use. Linux distro installable USB sticks for family that they could also use for saving important files to/transferring files with. I can't speak for the longevity of the product, but it works well enough for my uses. the physical size form factor seems bulky and dated but that's probably a factor into the cost.PROS:+ @ $3 per stick, can't really complain too much for the purpose I'm using it for.+ Variety of colors are sure to leave you with options for handing out someone's favorite colorCONS:- An option for all the same color, or color choice was not available so you're stuck with whatever they give you. Some of the colors are difficult to see the red LED activity light through.- 16gb 2.0 is almost an obsolete device for some purposes what with Image, Audio and Video files becoming ever larger. Your mileage may vary depending on your actual needs.

I can't recommend this product. I liked the price of these flash-drives fwith capacity of 32 GB. But when I reformatted them to exFAT, problems happened. The two drives I've used so far seem to do OK with small video files. But they don't handle a file approaching 2-3 GB, even after re-formatting. The video files get "stuck" on the video, while the audio side merrily continues! Not good.

I collect a lot of machine embroidery files. I can keep my work organized and easily recognized by different colors of the sticks. These are fast and easy to use and reformat for new designs. Storage capacity of 2 GB is perfect. I also attach index cards to them with numbers and names of a few designs on each one.

I buy flash drives by the box and give them to customers when we do data recovery for them. We also use quite a few in shop. We've had no failures of any sort. I'll be buying more.
