5 star mug, 10 star service
The mug itself is extremely cute! It was a gift and my friend cannot stop raving or using it lol But all 5 stars have got to go to the seller for literally making magic happen in one day. My package was late at no fault of the seller but I was headed out of town. I live less than 40 miles from where it shipped from but I know from experience that couriers are massively overwhelmed during this time. I let the seller know I needed it by a specific day and they completely surprised me in getting a new package sent out and delivered by the date I needed. Top notch customer service. As the Head of Customer Care myself, I know the impacts this industry is feeling right now, and I was so pleased by this experience. Will be purchasing again, and again, and again.
