I was deceived by the wrong description of the devise advertised details
I was deceived by the wrong description of the devise that the machine operates on USA electric 120 volts turns out it does not work but by 240 volts and I had to buy a step up transformer.Shipment arrived 10 days after the expected delivery dateI had to pay additional $80 to buy a transformer for the machine to operate.I am so happy with this innovation .The machine is perfect and worth the huddles I went through.I am still missing a warranty for the machine I need to buy one from Amazon as it was not offered to me.

The machine is very loud, not dorm friendly
The machine makes great coffee but it's very loud and overpriced , the self clean doesn't clean from the first time you have to self clean it twice or three times but overall great machine for authentic Turkish coffee

Warranty not honored
This is a beautiful turkish coffee maker, unfortunetaly, mine stopped heating the water after 11 months. The warrany is for 2 years, however, the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty because I bought it off of Amazon. The seller tried to help me but to no avail. Buy this expensive coffee maker directly from the manufacturer or with an additional warranty.

Turkish coffee maker only worked for about 6 months !
Bought this Turkish coffee maker for my son for Xmas last year & he loved it but it worked for about 6 months then it just started to pour out to much coffee all at the same time ..does not work properly now..thought it was a nice gift but very expensive to work only 6 months !!

Turns on, on its own
Weirdly turns on and starts cleaning cycle on its own at random times but other than that makes good coffee

Love it but very expensive 😒 so I had to buy the 4 years warranty plan 😏
