Great deal! Works way better than I had hoped! Used it on a fine 6" wheel in fair condition & course & medium wheels on a 10" grinder that were very uneven. Took about 15 seconds to flatten them out. Shows no signs of wear on the wheel dressers. Should last almost forever.

These work quickly and easily to true up your grinding wheels. They even work on a Dremel stone. I always thought they would be more expensive, but these are just fine. Also good for cleaning a wheel that is loaded with aluminum burnished in.

I bought these to see if they are better than my old wheel type stone dresser. They work really good as a bonus there all different grits. I’ve tried on several different types of grinding stones they work well and fast to true the wheels.

In the past I've always used a "disc" style dressing tool. I decided to try one these "Bar" styles and the are so simple and it's very easy to get a flat surface on a Grinding wheel. I dn't know how long they'll last but, so far they look like they'll last quite some time

Despite seeing the 1 star reviews that I did, I still purchased one of these sets. The part I used dressed my wheels just fine. The concept of a flat bar that covers the whole width of the stone is just what the average DIYer needs. First, my set came assembled. Next, I have to question what the problem was for the couple of people that complained about the materials used. Just what were they expecting for a product at this price point. I used VERY little force to do the dressing. The only potential places for future problems are the strength of the binders that hold the grit and the strength of the joint where the handle meets the bar. Again, these are only potential and with the very low force required the do the dressing, with care, I see little chance of problem.

I used them twice for rectifying my two 6” grindstone wheels. They do the job, but are not constructed for heavy work, not sure how long they will resist, and how long the diamond abrasive faces will withstand.Sam (Québec City)
