My back had started to feel a bit gritty but also scaled on the shoulders since I started back at the gym. Scrubbing in the shower just seemed to make it worse! After a few weeks of using this it seems to have sorted it out. You don’t need to use much if you pour on a back scrubber so the bottle will last for ages but I’ll be buying again.

It’s odd showering with black shower gel.This also has a lot of grit or sand through it. I think this is supposed to exfoliate your skin but I didn’t like it.
