I like the feeling of a leather case. It is sturdy and protective. I was puzzled at the beginning of the year and then I decided to read the instructions. A small circle wraps around the corner of the kickstand on the surface. You are actually using the built-in tripod that comes with the surface, and it works great!! The small elastic band is strong enough for long-term use. They are sewn on the box and look good, only time will tell. The case looks good. I will buy it again.

I have been using it for about 9 months and it only shows a good indication of slight wear of the material. But it didn't affect the overall function, I was worried that it was not strong enough, but I knew that I was confident when I put my computer in my backpack or bag and knew it was protected. I added a small elastic band and the pencil will magnetized to the side of the computer for added security. This is a great product.

Looks great. Super minima and the perfect math to the black keyboard on the surface pro 7. It’s pretty easy to install/remove if you watch the video. 4 stars because the section that runs along where the keyboard attaches is sort of thin and bendy. It’s not really rigid so it doesn’t stay in the same spot. However I’ve read how other cases have a very rigid part there and it breaks with little force. Just got the case recently so will update when it breaks and how.I would like to see a rubber cover or make the section that runs along the keyboard made of rubber.

I'm from germany and searched and tried several cases and after searching the whole market on amazon.de i even searched on amazon.com. And THIS is the type cover, which is the best from all the ones i ve tested - it s not optimal due to it could be a bit thicker and less hard, but it s still in my opinion the best so i don t rate this 4 stars, but 5 stars.The stand is protected with this case.The stand can be foled back without just pushing on one site.Folding back with type cover is no problem.It doesn't stink chemically.It fits perfectly.It could be a bit thicker, but all in all it's best

Fits as it should with no ports blocked. Vent holes are present over tablets venting. Fits with type cover keyboard attached. Metal plate for magnet mount and love handle sticks firmly to the back even though surface feels like cloth. Outstanding.

I love 99% of this product. My only gripe is the corner rubber protective part is held in the case at each end and no where in the middle. I likes to flip inside out and get caught when I pull it out of my bag which is a very little inconvenience but worth noting. Besides that it is an excellent case and was easy to put on. Only improvement I could see is making the pen holder removable for people who have no desire to have a pen.

Disappointed. Too small- fit, but so tight I believe the screen might crack in hot weather. Plastic and rubber like synthetic. Looks low quality and felt cheap. Kickstand didn’t fit right into the back panel. Didn’t open well (popped off the panel). Awkward to use. Returning.

Thin plastic on the left side of the case broke.Durability is not there.Otherwise I liked the case.
