It's alright, but you need to be very gentle when separating the two sides
If not done gently and slowly one side will "splice" and expose conductive parts. Makes it tricky to attach any connector to this cable without separating more than one would want.

Good but be careful splitting the halves!
As wire goes it’s good, flexible and easy to work with.However it’s prone to tearing if it needs to be split. DONT just pull the two strands apart as one will invariably remove the insulation of the other.I’ve found that by twisting at 90 degrees to each other it separates nicely

It's copper wire
I like that it is welded together instead of 2 separate strings. Other than that nothing to say except it's copper wire.
