Very nice!
I was very happy to see this travel mug is made in the USA. It has a cushiny wrap that keeps the heat away from your hands. No condensation from cold beverages. The lid has a nice seal and a slide close to stop spills in the car. That was a big plus. No since having a travel mug without a way to keep it shut when you're not drinking. The only draw back is that it's not dishwasher safe. But it's well worth the trouble.

Great mug and fantastic customer service
A friend gave me this as a gift a few years ago and I love it. It is my favorite travel mug. We sometimes crack jokes about my travel mug wearing a wetsuit. :) Recently I accidentally dropped it and broke the lid. I searched everywhere to try to buy a replacement because I like this mug so much. I finally contacted the seller to ask if they sell replacement lids. The seller replied that they don't sell them but if I provide my address they would ship me a replacement. They shipped it out quickly and I'm able to use it again. It's hard to beat that kind of customer service - willing to replace a part of an item that was purchased years ago.
