Wow! As good as OEM!
This battery is as good or better than the original. I’m on my third battery in 5 years but it’s powering up my vacuum nicely! I love this vacuum and the price of the battery is small considering the price of the vacuum new. I would both recommend this product AND buy it again if needed!

Still Going Strong
We have two Dyson vacuum cleaners. In each the battery began to fail with unacceptable run times on a full charge. I was skeptical in buying two of these but after six months, one vacuum with heavy use and the other with light use, both batteries are still performing admirably. In fact, I can tell no difference from the original batteries when they were new.

Does not come with the tool to screw on to the vacuum and not a usual size.
So far so good. Hard to rate this yet since it’s only been installed for about a month but it fits great on our Dyson stick vacuum and has been working great.

Works good.
So far takes a better charge than the dying original. Not sure it's as long lasting as the original when new, but it works. Easy to replace. Much better than replacing an over priced stick vacuum.

Completely dead after 15 months
Battery worked great at first and was fine for 15 months when it suddenly, without reason, died. Will not take a charge. No lights turn on. It's past the 1 year warranty so they told me there is nothing they will do. I have purchased many generic LiOn batteries over the years and never had one fail this fast. They usually last 2-3 years. Try another brand.

Works Perfectly
For the price Dyson wants for battery, I was prepared to just purchase new vacuum. I saw this one and thought might as well try it foe the price. Of it didn't work I can return. So glad I did. My vacuum works as good as new.

A few ounces lighter than the original...but
...working good so far. New battery works much better than the old, worn out one. Removal was a bit more work than I expected.(UPDATE: 6-9-2024 Battery began degrading after about 4 months becoming increasingly worse over time. Now, after less than one year, it will only hold a charge for about 2 minutes)

Very good replacement battery for V6
Keep existing screws from old battery as replacement doesn't include.Overall easy installation. Battery seems to last much longer on high than original. Good value.
