Q: so do you use this in place of toothpaste? Or in addition to regular routine with toothpaste?

This is an actual toothpaste to use in place of traditional toothpaste.

Q: What is the RDA (abrasiveness) score?

I don’t know the actual number, but I’ve been using the charcoal toothpaste twice a day every day for 3 months now and my enamel only seems to be getting thicker if that helps at all.

Q: Is this biodegradable?

Good evening, Thank you the question. This particular type of toothpaste does not use mint to freshen your breath. The freshening of the breath is derived from charcoal. Per helloproducts.com here is a list of the ingredients “ sorbitol (humectant), hydrated silica (polishes and cleans teeth),vegetable glycerin (soothes and moisturizes), xylitol (sweetener), purified water, charcoal powder (whitens, polishes and cleans teeth/ freshens breath), flavor (freshens breath), xanthan gum (thickener), titanium dioxide (mineral), cocamidopropyl betaine (cleanser), sodium cocoyl glutamate (cleanser), coconut oil (soothes and moisturizes), potassium sorbate (maintains stability), stevia rebaudiana leaf extract* (sweetener).”
