I wanted two rails to go on my two steps going out the back door. These rails really make me feel safe and I love how beautiful they look! It's really worth the money and easy to install. We had to ask our carpenter neighbor to drill the holes on my flagstone steps because he has a heavy duty drill and was happy to do the drilling for us. I'm so happy with the rails! Very sturdy metal!

This railing is versatile in the angle of steps that it can accommodate. The finish is very stylish. I like how the top of the railing "flattens out" instead of continuing at the angle. The bolts and expansion sleeves for attaching to Concrete steps are very secure. One "gotcha" to be aware of with the expansion sleeves, is to ensure that the expander insert at the bottom of the expansion sleeve is started into the sleeve before putting the sleeve in the hole. If the insert is NOT started into the expansion sleeve, the bolt will not tighten. By the way, a 3/8" Masonry drill bit is needed for the holes. The one, somewhat, negative observation I have is that the very top, bottom, spindle bracket appears to be welded too close to the adjacent bottom spindle bracket. This makes the spindle, closest to the top of the railing, to be a different spacing than all of the other spindles. The top spindle does not appear to be plumb. In my opinion, the bracket should have been welded about an inch or so to the right of the adjacent bracket so that the spacing of all spindles is consistent.I have purchased another one for the other side of the steps, so obviously, this spindle spacing inconsistency didn't bother me that much. Overall, very good quality and stylish.

I ordered this stair railing hoping it would fit nicely on my garage door steps. I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered to my front door less than a week later. It looked so good that I took it to my front porch to see how it would look there, and it was a perfect fit. My wife loved it! I was able to install it without a bit of trouble and it provides strong and stable support for us when we come and go through the garage. It looked so good we ordered two more to go on the front steps of our home. Cannot wait to install it and will send pictures of it once it's installed. Great company and a superb product. I plan to order at least one more stair railing for a one or two step side entrance to my home, if they have one.

This is the second type of rail i bought because my first was very flimsy and the actual rail could just lift off. It wasn’t secured at all.These are SO solid. There are no words on the instructions, only pictures, but They were very easy to assemble. They took about an hour each, but i was on the phone talking, so probably would’ve been faster if given my undivided attention.The only thing i would suggest is to have a drill to secure the base to the ground.I would recommend these to anyone. I highly recommend!

This railing is really nice. I needed adjustable for my low profile steps. It is very stable for my elderly parents. My mom is short and she actually uses the center support on the way down. Directions aren't great. Two sets of bolts (only 1 listed). I had to figure out what they were for and how to use them. I had to get someone to help me install it because one foot was on cement and I didn't have the proper tools ( looked up how to do that too😆). Very happy with it

I should have known from other bad reviews on this product regarding cheap masonry anchors that come with the railing. I order 2 railings at the same time. After having trouble installing one of the railings, and several of the anchors not "performing" as they should to mount and firmly secure the railing safely, I decided to return the second one purchased and not opened. The first railing I secured by adding construction adhesive to the anchor and base. Afterall, this is for safety use and it would not be had I not take these extra measures. Upon trying to get a PAID UPS LABEL from the company, they are offering me to keep the sub par railing and components for a 30% refund and I keep the product. SEVERAL messages later, I am still SCREAMING for a FULL REFUND AND POSTAGE PAID UPS LABEL! I even threatened I would give several bad reviews (this is the first) on each category of dissatisfaction, and that seemed to fall on DEAF EARS! My advice, DON'T order anything from this company!

I was goimg to write a review about how easy this handrail was to put together and install. It is very sturdy!! .. However, when I was in the process of putting it together, I took a closer look at the Top (most important) part of the handrail. It has a large gouge, a large spot missing paint, and a very sharp edge imperfection. (Resulted in only a tiny cut when I ran my hand over it) I filed down the sharp edges and spray painted the damaged area and will have to live with it, as it would be too expensive to return. Putting my house up for sale and had to intall a hand rail, so no time to look elsewhere. Very Poor Quality Control.UPDATE!! After seeing my review about the Top Rail being very pitted and poor quality control this company contacted me and offered to send a new top rail. Not only did I recieve a new top rail (which is flawless) I recieved and entire new unit!! Kudos to this company and their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
