Q: Are these shaped similar to cheetos? Weird question I know, but am looking for something more rounded for a birthday party theme.

They are more puffed short tubes. Cheetos are more rough. They are crunchy and have the cheesy taste without the yellowing of your fingers. Hope this helps.

Q: People seem to be complaining about the price doubling recently (on 1 ounce bags). This listing states 24 4oz bags. So are these really 1 or 4 ounces?

I bought the 1/2 oz bags and the price was good. There was enough in each bag for it to be a snack or a side item for lunch. I ordered them as subscription so they were 15% off.
