Update: 6-15-25I have now been using this for about 7 weeks. In my own experience and opinion it is a true game changer. As my 1st review stated I was getting up 3 or 4 times a night and never quite feeling completely relieved. I am now sleeping every night with at most 1 bathroom call and completely emptying my bladder. I am even sleeping all night through at least half the time. I am thrilled with the results I have received from this product. I am sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night when I was used to sleeping 5 - 6 hours. I was not sleeping well at night going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times. Did my research and decided to try this product. I took as directed and noticed results in several days. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I am waking up 1 to 2 times per night (mostly 1 time). The frequent need to go, the strong stream and the ability to empty my bladder has greatly improved. Mind over matter? I don’t believe so. Better sleep and less urgency to go to the bathroom at night is greatly appreciated. It has only been 3 weeks but the results speak for themselve. Will provide update after another month of using. Highly recommend trying if you find yourself in a similar position as I.

I NEVER write reviews typically because most supplements could be placebo based. In my mind if it feels like it’s working maybe it is or maybe not. It’s just hit and miss sometimes and you never know how your body responds because everyone’s is different. But over the last few months, not sure if it’s a prostate or age, but I’ve had horrible sleep because I’m up 4-7 times peeing. This is not an embellishment or exaggeration, I would hate to go to bed because I would go pee and it feels like 5 mins later, up again back to the restroom. My wife is an herbalist and we have been tinkering with a few herbs but most times, herbs take a bit to take effect in your system. When I read the reviews for this I had to take a chance, because literally I needed something for relief because I felt my health, energy and mood has taken a nose dive. Additionally, I’ve read that more than a few people claimed this supplement helped on the FIRST night. I’m not sure if I was too ambitious or too optimistic, but I wanted it to work the FIRST Night as well.When I got it, I popped 2 in and went the sleep that night to see if it worked. I got up only once the first night! I couldn’t believe it and I wanted to take it longer to see if the results were consistent. Here I am, 1 week in and all I can say IT WORKS! The most I’ve been up was 2 times and I have had nights this week I didn’t even get up at all! If you’re suffering for overactive bladder, prostate issues , nocturia and you don’t want another prescription from your PC, try this! I promise you that you wouldn’t find a more natural product to work as fast and effective as this one. I’m already had this on reorder.

Let me write my 100 days report of taking saw palmetto. I bought this product to help me pee a little easily. My pee flow was not great nor very good. I watching Dr. Rachael’ video about the benefits of Saw Palmetto and I ordered this product from Amazon. I started taking one pill a day and on the second day I noticed improvement. I got better pee flow and within the I week I realized that it stopped falling hair in shower too. The third benefit I noticed was very strong errection. I never had errectile dysfunction in my life but this product doubled my power in bed. I was very happy with the results I achieved but after taking this for a month I noticed the downside also. The downside was delayed ejaculation during sex. I was still not very disappointed but after a few days delayed ejaculation turned into a concern because after 30 -35 minutes I wanted to ejaculate but I could do nothing and sometimes even my semen used to go back and not coming out. It happened only two times in three months. Anyway, I took all 100 capsules and already ordered the second bottle. The story changed right after starting the second bottle. Now, I got errectile dysfunction and most of the times, I was unable to have good sex. I decided to skip sex for a week or more but it didn’t work. This time, I was really nervous and didn’t know how to fix this problem. One night I was thinking to find the solution and I thought what will happen if I stop taking these capsules? After thinking a lot, I just stopped taking it. On third day after stopping the Saw Palmetto, I regained my sex power and normal errections. Pee flow was even better than before. I stopped taking these about 20 days ago and every thing works perfectly. I don’t take them anymore but I still have the bottle almost full in the shelf. As a result, I would say this product helped a lot when I started and helped me a lot when stopped it. I will write another review may be in two months to share the final results of not taking the pills.

It took about a week of daily dosing, but it works. I rarely get up in the night for bio breaks, and I don't have that "extra squirt" after I finish. If you know, you know. Seriously, though, excellent results. Highly recommend.

I have tried numerous prostate products all claiming to reduce nighttime bathroom trips, help with empty the bladder and increased flow. Some minimally worked, most did not. I’ve used Saw Palmetto in the past but with no luck, but I never tried this particular formulation by this company. Received in late afternoon a few days ago and took one capsule after dinner. Went to bed around 10:30 PM. Woke at my usual 5:30 AM and did not need to get up once throughout the night. Thinking this was an anomaly, I continued to take the recommended two capsules a day and I have yet to use the bathroom during the night.This product is amazing. If this continues, this company will have as a customer for life. As a disclaimer, this is how the product worked for me, you may not get the same results.
