I am a business owner and dozens of customers come to my store daily. Sometimes we have problems and customers always think they're right. That's why cameras record audio and video. There are stickers on many walls in my store stating that I have recorded Audio and Video. In this way, there is no harm in using this necklace.Yesterday, a client of mine with sensitive skin requested a special treatment. This treatment was risky for my client and I told him several times that his skin would turn red. She didn't care and asked me to do it. She was very satisfied, but then she gave us a negative feedback because her skin was red. We talked when she came back to my store and she said she didn't say anything like that to me. I opened the records and listened. She apologized and said I was right. I bought this necklace for exactly these problems and it did its job great.Also, it's not simple. It looks awesome and cool. Made of really good materials and designed like a real necklace. I was very satisfied with the sound recording quality. Everything is clear and there is no sound change.

It's a little bit heavier than expected but in fairness it's not a factor. So far the battery seems pretty good, (probably the reason it felt quite heavy) and the sound recording quality which to me is the most important thing by far, is excellent. I'm really happy with it and it's quite subtle, I prefer using it it as the key chain rather than the necklace, but either one would work fine. Also there is a piece of software on it that allows you to sync the time and date with your computer which is pretty important when recording.

Until now I have no idea if it is any good ! Disappointed that I can’t use it. Overall it looks pretty 🤩 but what the beauty do for me if I can’t get any Benefits. Very sad 😞

How do i return this item, which address do i send it to and do i pay return charge. this item does not transfer files to my android mobile phone and does not transfer files to my macbook pro hence why i want a refund for this item.

Couldn’t find it in lap top so sent it back
