These things knock me out! They almost work a little too well...

I recently had full hysterectomy and have trouble sleeping...hot flashes etc. These make me tired really fast but I have some crazy vivid dreams. After a few hours I wake up. Probably just me I think. My hubby took 1 and slept like baby for 6 hours.

I have always had a problem falling asleep, taking sometimes an hour. But with these I can drift off to sleep in 10 to 15 minutes. For extended sleep, I sometimes combine 1 of these 10 mg with 1 of the strawberry time release 10 mg gummies and I sleep great.

I’ve tried some other melatonin gummies, but none of them as good as Natrol. All my sleeping problems have gone since I use this!!
