I am very impressed with the quality of this chocolate! I didn't know what to expect for a melting chocolate that was going to be used for pretzels and chocolate dipped potato chips - this chocolate is amazingly good! It's smooth, melted well and easily, and tastes smooth and delicious! It balances out the salt in the items I dipped in it very well. A very good product!

Ive been making my own candy and desserts for awhile now. The kind of chocolate I normally used wasn’t available so I tried some others. Most were okay but not what I was used to. One even shorted me almost an entire pound of product 🤨. This arrived and I put it thru the courses, it has been perfect and I would say even much better at melting and the flavor profile is better than my original product… oh, and when I weighed it I actually received an extra ounce. I highly recommend this product for home bakers and candy making

I have been a Wilton melts user for YEARS. It's hard to find Wilton now, so I opted for this brand over the holidays. This is by far the BEST tasting/melting chocolate I have ever used. It melted smooth and creamy, had a great flavor, didn't seize up over a few hours of dipping, I LOVE this chocolate - we dipped pretzels, cookies, peanut butter balls and more with zero issues!

I used these for chocolate bark and to make some chocolate decorations for treats. They are a little on the bitter side but they are still good if you mix other stuff In it to make it sweeter. If you are going to add anything to the chocolate, a little goes a long way.

This stuff tastes great and works well for making chocolate bars too!

5 pounds is a lot of dipping chocolate, but it didn’t take us long to finish the bag.

these are soooo good we use them as a treat as well as make choc. covered butter cream drops....this is our second bag.
