USELESS PRODUCT!!! The product is made of soft gel like material, the height is barely 1 cm and because the material is soft when you put your foot on this, you feel like your foot is touching the shoe sole offering support at all, DON'T BUY..

Its working Good. Iam having pain in my ankles after using Frido its ok now.Only issue ia with size. Every time i have to adjust it as its size is smaller.Otherwise product is worth. 👍👍Heel pain:Now gone.

Bought it due to plantar fasciitis ! Doesn’t look like it meets the purpose . Too thin ! Doesn’t support heal properly . Will explore other available options
