OKBABYSupport Bars for Onda and Onda Evolution Baby Baths

Great product but extremely poor customer service: the item was delivered without the 6 screws required to fit the supporting brackets to the bath. As no instructions were supplied, we only realised the screws were needed and were missing when we attempted to use the bath after the baby was born. When we wrote to the vendor pointing out the error and asking them to send the missing screws to us, we were told we would have to pay £12 delivery to have them posted because at 6 weeks since the order was made we were already "out of warranty"! In addition we would have to wait a month before they could be sent as the "supplier" was now shut for the August summer holiday! No apology or alternative help/solution offered. We ended up finding suitable fittings in the DIY store and so were able to bath our new born baby but have never received such bad customer service by an Amazon trader before

Adapted them to use to bath the dog over the bath. I have a bad back and can't bend far.
