ProDen PlaqueOff KalmAid Cat Gel | Reduce Nervousness, Separation Anxiety & Stress During Travel, Fireworks, or Vet Visits – 50ml Salmon & Caramel Flavour

Prescribed originally by my vet when one of our cats was stressed following the older one passing away. Since found this on Amazon and it’s cheaper then the vet and really does help with stress soiling and general stress. Unlike felliway that you have to keep the cat in the same room it’s plugged into (unless you have one in every room of the house) this is so much easier.

I wanted a senior vitamin supplement for my (approximate age) 10 year old cat, Teddy. He has Feliway Cystease, a pro and pre biotic supplement, salmon oil and Zylkene (calming supplement) daily, but I wanted something that focused on his cognitive health as ageing and cognitive function are issues for us all, right? This is packed with everything I wanted for him. It has a pump dispenser, lasts 1 month and is a brown gel-like liquid that mixes really well with either Webbox lick-e-lix or Inaba Churu lickie treats which is how I give him all his supplements . He will sniff out any attempts I make to add anything to his wet food. The first month he accepted it no problems, all in one serving. Next month- 2 faults for a refusal. I followed him around the room proffering the dish and spoon with words of immense encouragement. I changed Inaba Churu flavours, I cajoled. The most I could get him to take was 3 separate servings spread throughout the day, with varying degrees of enthusiasm from him. I really cannot blame the supplement, anyone reading this has a cat or cats, so you know they are, how shall I say? Discerning and particular in absolutely all things. I shall continue to persue him around the house whilst he voices his displeasure in the knowledge it's doing him good. And hope that the bent double creeping I am employing 3 times a day is doing my thighs and buttocks some good, too.

Waste of money didn't work. I think.this brand is a total waste of bying as I've purchased two items now that do not have no effect . Just a money scam

I used to rely on the product for stressful times with my highly strung cats. They are a joy to have but can get anxious and over-groom or pee near the door. Never needed it for long, but daily usage would help them cope better with any short period of change, it was wonderful. I don’t know if it’s still as effective, none of my girls will eat it anymore as the formula has changed. The active ingredients are probably the same (unsure) but the colour and flavour has been changed and so it’s no longer any good for us. I am still seeking an alternative.

Our 16 year old Persian has dementia and calls constantly for reassurance. He has no loss of appetite but is stressed and confused so we wanted him to feel better. We had tried Feliway and Zylkene to no avail. One small squirt of KalmAid Cat Gel into his food and he began to improve. Within a couple of hours he actually fell asleep. We have followed the instructions for daily dose on long term basis and he is much much happier. His condition will not get better but he is so much calmer, less anxious. He now sleeps a bit more which is good for any cat. I am delighted with this product and would recommend it to anyone with a stressed cat. Well worth the money as half a squirt a day is so little. Cheaper than a Storm Shirt which was our next move til I read rave reviews about this product. Thank you KalmAid and reviewers.

KalmAid Gel has changed my cat's life. My cat is an 8 year old Siamese rescue cat who I have owned for 2 years. When I got her I was told that she plucks her fur out and she was extremely nervous because she had been bullied by other cats (and I believe humans also!). Despite giving her a peaceful home for the past 2 years, with no other animals to upset her, she continued to pluck her fur until she had enormous bald patches. My vet tried various remedies including steroids and Feliway - the Feliway made her worse and the steroids had no effect. But KalmAid, which I apply to the top of her paw every day, has turned her life around. She has finally stopped plucking her fur out and is really playful, which has never happened before. For me KalmAid Gel is nothing short of miraculous!

Cat liked it but it uses up quickly as only a small bottle thingy

I was really unsure as to whether to purchase this item as it seems quite expensive, however I was at a loss as to what I could do with my very naughty new arrival Nelson....he could be quite aggressive and constantly bullied my timid cat Rodney. However having read the reviews, overall I thought it worth a go. At first I did not see much of a change in Nelson, but gradually over about two weeks he seemed to calm down. Now I really notice a difference if I have not used the gel for a while, he again starts to get a bit unruly so I than use the gel and within a day he is calmer and more sociable to us humans as well as Rodney! I suppose I have to 'gel' him about one a month, so this bottle should last for several months. Overall I think I am quite impressed and would guy it again.

Didn't really work, as the cats didn't want to eat it. When I fed it to them, it gave them diarrhea, so I had to stop giving it to them.

Devo essere sincera non me l' aspettavo. Una delle mie gatte da qualche giorno non si teneva bene sulle zampe posteriori. Ho preso questo prodotto e ha ricominciato a camminare bene. Sarà un caso? Non lo so, ma io continuo a darglielo quasi tutti i giorni.
