Effective in regulating digestion
It has really help regulate my digestion, which is not ordinary to begin with. The doctors never recommended this after my surgery. I have had to take Imodium every day for the last 2 years. Now I haven't had to take even one since I stated using the Magnesium Citrate. And, I sleep much better. So simple

No More Purely Mag Citrate SOFTGEL
They got rid of the whitish softel version of purely mag citrate which was AWESOME. It was superior to other brands of mag citrates I’ve tried. It’s why I switched to this brand. They even changed it in my purchase history to this powder capsule version. Bummed.The loved one I bought it for raved about it and I loved it too. I take other kinds of magnesium too but this would have been a staple. Somehow the capsule version just isn’t the same :(Glad they have at least another softgel version but it’s mixed with other magnesium forms. I will update my review upon trying it.
