Perfect filter
This fits the Rode PodMic perfectly! I love the way it looks and it definitely works. The PosMic has a built in pop filter, but I like the way this looks and I believe that it helps with the plosives.

Too small to fit some of the listed microphones
The thickness is ok but will not stop many 'plosives like thicker windscreens. I found the fit too tight for any of the microphones I own that it's supposed to fit—they are not all the same diameter. Will it work for you? I don't know. It does come in many colors and I was prepared to order more but I can't.
