Perfect size for my apartment. I read other reviews before purchasing talking about comfort... well, people you bought a FUTON not a pillow top mattress. This item is exceptional in quality, versatility & overall comfort. I also purchased a hospital-bed egg crate pad & a gray futon cover that has made this futon OUTSTANDING in comfort & durability!!! I absolutely LOVE this item.If you've never owned a futon before, than I suggest you purchase a regular loveseat from a furniture retailer... this item far surpasses all my expectations!!! I'd give it more than 5 stars if possible. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
