Ok this is decently a niche product but if you are looking at reviews for this let me tell you this is it. I have had shower dispensers for ages and love the cleanliness that they bring. With dispensers you save space and reduce the possibility of mold accumulation on bottles. So why was I unsatisfied? Because they all felt cheap. Don't get me wrong they would work but they did not feel premium. As I searched for something better it became very clear that the issue was this product segment was a race to the bottom in a commodity market and there was no room for a more premium product, or so I thought. Enter this lovely guy, Aike has found a way to bring a novel idea into a market flooded with cheap junk and add not only a new feature but enforce a more premium idea.For functionality this is lovely. Once you add batteries (see cons below) you can then cycle though various dispensing levels. These range from one to five and vary drastically depending on the source product. This is to say that your shampoo will need one level while your conditioner needs a totally different level based on the viscosity. For me I use Aveda Smooth Infusion and Conditioner and with these the shampoo needs a level two and flows easily while the conditioner is far more viscous so it needs level five to dispense the same volume. What I will say here is that I am impressed that it really does not seem to get bogged down with more viscous product but really only changes how much it can dispense.For downsides I have to add that this is only sensitive to your hands so if you are using a loofah or body scrubber you have to place your hand under first then let it dispense onto the scrubber. This is not all bad though as it has very few false dispenses, infact over the month that I have been using it I have only had one false dispense. The other bit I was not super thrilled with was the batteries. They are not included but we are all used to that now but rather the compartment that holds the batteries is simply screwed into place without any kind of gasket or water intrusion prevention. This location is on the bottom of the unit so should be less susceptible to ingress but I would rather have seen some form of ingress prevention.Overall I think this is an amazing product because it filled a difficult niche by bringing a solid, premium product into a very saturated budget market. So if you are looking at your shower pump wishing it was more premium to match the rest of your bathroom this here is what you have been searching for.

First we followed directions and mounted it. I did not putany product in it "in case" it fell down. Well it fell down within 24 hours. Next we picked it up to remount and it started trying to work while lying down on counter. It made noises all night long. It is also loud, seeing as how it whirred all night long waking me up. Bad product from our experience

I have tried several soap dispenser and was not please with any of them, but this item is fabulous and I love it, I would recommend purchasing this item, its modern in design, easy to install, look great just a all around great product.However it stopped working on me the second day, so I change the batteries thinking this might be the issue and it began to work again, today it continues to work with the exception of 2 of the chambers will not dispenser the product.I looked at the manual and did several troubleshooting, and still the product is not working. I love this item and want to know if I missed any troubleshooting that can resolve my issue.Please help with any fixes that I can do to get this wonderful product to work. I'm sure once its working properly I will be totally happy.Please help.

Easy to install. Touchless dispensing makes showering logistically easier. Instructions are a bit weak as to how to adjust the amount of shampoo. I am living with the factory settings as I cannot figure out how to increase the amount to be dispensed.

The product seems quite nice; well-built, attractive, and easy to use. However, after making sure our shower tile wall was clean, to include using alcohol pads to remove any oils and letting it dry, the adhesive only lasted for around six hours before the unit fell off the wall and was partially broken on landing. I'm going to try again with another adhesive; drilling into our beautiful tile walls is simply not an attractive option. If another attempt fails, I guess I'll have to return it, likely even more broken, and hope for a full refund. It's too bad, as I really like the look of this unit.Edited to add that I tried an adhesive film that I've had good luck with, but the unit only stayed on the wall a few more hours than with the original adhesive. As a final effort, I used a Gorilla heavy duty adhesive (pictured). I attached only the plastic backplate to the wall and waited 24 hours before adding the dispensing unit. It's been just under a week, and it seems to be steady as a rock.The dispenser is a good product, so I'm increasing my rating from two to three stars. But, Aike should look into whether a stronger adhesive film might be incorporated into the unit, and/or suggest a heavy duty adhesive such as I used for people having trouble with adhesion.

I really like this dispenser. I read the reviews and thought I’d take a chance on this more expensive one. I like that you don’t have to pump the solution out as I expect that would cause the unit to come off the wall more easily. It does leave one step off the instructions. Before you take the 3m sheet off the sticky potion of the mounting plate, you need to slide the mounting plate off the unit. It took us a bit to figure that out. Then stick the mounting plate on the wall. It was easy as it had the leveling bubble built in. It came with decals so you can label each section. My shampoo, conditioner and body wash all came out easily. It takes 4 AA batteries not included. I liked that I could choose how much to dispense with the bottom button. Very happy with my purchase.

Sehr zufrieden mit diesen Seifenspender. Hat Möglichkeit auf Fliese geklebt werden, ist aber nur zu empfehlen wenn die ganze Fläche mit Kleber auf eine Fliese ist. Wir haben probiert zweischen zwei Fliesen ist aber abgegangen also haben wir mit 1 Schraube festgeschraubt ist prima. Halter hat sogar eingebaute Wasserwaage um gerade den einbauen.
