Worth..It..All
Believe me when I tell you, I’ve searched a very long time for a dash cam that checked all my boxes and then this came along. Also believe me when I tell you, I’ve tried quite a few brands and ended up returning most of them. So much time and money wasted. But this one is worth every penny. The quality, the user-friendly set up, everything is amazing. It has great features built in on top of being a dash cam. Features like lane change assistance and anti-collision verbal alert are such an invaluable bonus. I also recommend getting the rear camera set up (sold separately) that has a generous length cord to reach the back. And since my SUV is kinda long, I also bought the additional extension cord to make sure I had a long enough line to reach the back plus a little extra, just in case I run into some unexpected difficulties with where I place the camera. You should know, too, that this rear camera also does double duty. It serves as a rear “dash cam” as well as a back-up camera (my Jeep didn’t have a back-up cam built in, so this cam was absolutely perfect for me). What’s even better is that this rear-view mirror / dash-cam / back-up camera / rear “dash cam” / driving assistance device, is also controlled by voice-command. In other words, you can verbally command it to change views, from showing the forward dash cam view to showing the rear dash cam view and you can even have a split-screen view of the front and the back! And check this out, when the active dash cam view goes to sleep (either by timing out or by manually putting the live view to sleep), it acts and looks like a standard rear-view mirror, which is pretty handy if you don’t have the rear cam set-up. But, to clarify, even if the live dash cam view goes to sleep, it’s still recording your driving session. Plus, this device also connects to an app in your smart phone so you can watch and download your selected recorded sessions, and a couple of other things. However, the greatest feature of all - their customer service. Top notch. Not gonna lie, I had some minor technical difficulties after setting it up (the voice-command function wasn't responding as well as it should), so I reached out to their customer support (via email) to see if they can help me trouble-shoot the camera and fix the issue. Within 24 hours (I think even less than that), I got a response back from one Ms. Jenny, who was so amazing and so helpful, with tips to help me hopefully fix the problem. So, I did try everything she suggested but the remedy didn’t last long, so I wrote back to her, letting her know what happened. And before I knew it, a replacement was on its way to me. No hassles, no interrogations, no tedious steps to complete in order to get a replacement. I am floored. Buy it already! Trust me, coming from a guy like me, who’s pretty hard to impress… I am absolutely impressed.

This is AWESOME! But...
I LOVE this mirror, I've been wanting a back up camera for my car but there's no room or work around for a screen on my dash. I found this and it was an instant buy, especially after all the ravings on reviews. I got it in the beginning of November, so I have enough knowledge to give a true review. All the options, two cameras, and all that are absolutely great, but there are some issues I'd like to address.1st, it's not too bad with me, but sometimes voice command fails... even miserably at times. I would advise a program to record (to recognize) individuals, because... we all speak differently. Let's see, there are people who's native language are foreign and don't speak English fluently, people with different accent, like southern, Australian, UK, etc... and people nearly deaf with large ranges of speech impairments (I'm nearly deaf and my speech isn't great). Also, commands that are tongue twisters, such as "show rear camera" and "show rear screen". "Show rear screen" is a nightmare for me and "show rear camera" is challenging cause of my pronunciation, I tend to say "real" instead of "rear". "Show back screen" would be much, much more easy. The "turn off" & "on" screen commands are frustrating some times, especially "turn off camera", cause you can't just touch to turn it off, you have to use that voice command instead. This leads to the second problem...2nd problem is at night, after you back out and put the vehicle in drive (or 1st), the screen *!!should!!*, largely for *safety*, turn off immediately. It's frustrating when you need it off so you can see, and your voice command to turn it off doesn't work half the times. Usually, I have to pull over to get it right or just wait it out at night. Thus, the real need for a voice recognition program. And it would be nice if there were a list of commands on the screen you can touch, rather than use voice commands. The wire for the reverse light needs to be longer, way longer. I have a 2000 Ford Taurus, which is a smaller car, and there's not enough wire to tape it from the center/open part of the trunk lid where the camera is installed, to around the hinge of the trunk, and back to the reverse light. It's even worse if you installed the camera on the back window. When the trunk's opened, it dangles from the open part to the reverse light, so I had to get 3 extra feet of wire to get it properly attached so that the trunk's not slamming on it when I close it, and it's not in the way when I'm loading or unloading it.Here's a minor issue, and this really isn't the mirror's fault. At daylight, especially when there's more sun shining around the mirror area, it's hard to see the video. I do notice the rear view, when in reverse, is stronger than the other two though, like it totally blocks out the mirror. This is not the mirror's fault, really, cause any LCD screens such as smart phones, tablets, etc are like that, and I know that if the mirror was darker, it wouldn't be so bad. But a darker mirror is a bad idea cause you need to see in the mirror in the first place when the screen is off. I have no idea how you can shade the mirror off, naturally, and I'm a pretty creative and problem solving person.Even though there are a couple issues, this mirror still deserves 5 stars. I especially give applause to who came up with this idea, as a lot of people just don't have room for a screen or dash cam on their dash. It's very useful and space saving, and the quality is remarkable in everything!

Great dashcam for the price
The dashcam works perfectly. I used a kit to keep it running even when my SUV is parked. It is fast and image is clear. The one thing is that, if you are installing it in a full size SUV (Suburban, Escalade ESV, etc), you will need an extension cord because the backup camera cable is not long enough. The dashcam comes with a 64 GB memory card. I think it is enough, but I don't know if it is a high endurance card. The inside temperature of the car get very high, and regular cards may get damaged because of it. Therefore, I bought a 256 GB SanDisk High Endurance card for mine. It is very easy to use and I consider it a great value for the features it has. I installed the backup camera inside the SUV to test it, but image is not that clear possibly because of the factory tint. I will use it like this for a week, but I may end up installing it outside.

I would buy again but........
Camera works well and was relatively easy to install but I did have to purchase a seperate camera cord because the provided one was not long enough for my f150 supercab. Additionally I ordered a seperate hard wire kit for the power because my cigarette outlet is constant power and would cause my battery to die overtime so my options were to plug and unplug the power from the outlet as needed or hardwire it to a seperate auxiliary power point. My biggest complaint with the camera is the the front camera doesn't adjust left to right nearly far enough and with the angle you generally want your mirror at it provides a wide angle of the right side and slim angle of the left side at about a 30/70 (left /right) ratio which is less then pleasing.
