Although I don't take these on a regular basis, I did find that if I were particularly anxious or upset, they certainly worked to calm me down without making me feel drowsy or anything. As I know there are many benefits to mushrooms (and I love the fact that they include so many medicinal kinds in these capsules) I will try to get in the habit of taking them more often. I've never been good at taking any vitamins/mineral supplements regularly so that is always a bit of a struggle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brand.

I started waking up with anxiety, I’m 52 so hormonal, so started taking these 3x a day then one day I realized no anxiety!
