Finally
Replaced the plastic screws on the sugar scoop and will never go back. The fit is perfect. I often have to change headgear (ratchet, band and hard hat adaptor) have never had an issue.

Very good! Anyone who works in the industry and welds in position knows how worn out knobs can be.. when you welding upside down and your hood keeps falling open... this solves that problem for good.. recommend by a pipe welder
