Perfect fitting replacement for my Ducane 1504 grill

But it is not necessarily easy. I was doing a complete rebuild of a 22 year old Ducane. The parts did fit with just a bit of muscle. The new spark device was a bit difficult to install, but finally got in. Pay attention to the spark wire's location vis a vis the burner holes, because you probably need to adjust and test.

I bought this less than three years ago and it has rusted out. It is supposedly stainless steel. The original from Ducane lasted over 15 years. I didn't expect this one to last as long, but for the price, certainly more that three years.

This did not fit my Grill, but I heated the tube and bend it to make it fit, so I would not have to send it back.

Found these after attempting to purchase from Ducane. Ducane doesn't make them anymore. These are excellent quality, fit and very reasonably priced.
