Always use this with the wella toner! this is brilliant as it’s not drying like other ones i’ve tried and smells pretty nice!

Amazing stuff
I love welloxon I found it via YouTube tutorials and won't go back! It's great because you can use it with bleach powder and also with the wella permanent colours which is what I do.It mixes perfectly without lumps

Great for sensitive skin
After a researching tints and developers that would help my autoimmune and allergy conditions, I have found Wella welloxon products kind to my hair. I would recommend for anyone who has a negative skin reaction to normal permanent hair dye. A bit pricey but easy to use developer (to be used with Wella welloxon hair tint crème)
