My wife likes my mojitos at home made with this syrup better than any we've had at multiple bars around the country. Great quality and flavor plus all natural. I use 2 ounces of syrup with 2 ounces of white rum and once ounce of coconut rum. Muddle some fresh mint in the syrup before you add the booze then fill glad with ice and top with a splash of Fizzy water. Perfect, refreshing beverage for the summer or anytime really. Love it!

use it with water in a glass...have several flavors..love it ...i don't like water and don't want sugary soda, so the syrups are a perfect solution.make granita also with it on hot Florida weather.there are no similar products in USA.what you have here is the Crystal Light, Mio etc... but they have a horrible taste of colorant when MONIN is all natural withNO HIGH FRUCTOSE SYRUP.

I took a champagne cocktail making class during a transatlantic cruise this year. The bartenders used this syrup to make the Mojito Champagne Cocktail- pour about 1/2 shot glass in a champagne glass and fill the glass to the brim with brut champagne or sparking wine then garnish with a sprig of mint. (Use less syrup if you don't like it too sweet.) One word---FABULOUS!And with a 4-pack, you can share with all of your friends. Salud!

The grocery stores rarely carry mojito mix, and if they do, it comes with the alcohol included. We prefer to make our own using our fresh-from-the-garden mint and our guests' choice of rum or vodka. Though, it took a bit of adjustment to get the formula right (extra lime), we've enjoyed wonderful mojitos made with Monen mix all summer!

I threw this syrup out after one use. The taste is terrible, with a licorice aftertaste - no discernible mint flavor at all. Everyone I served the mojitos to agreed they tasted like licorice, not mint. I wrote Monin customer service twice about this, thinking I had gotten a mislabeled bottle, but they did not have the courtesy or professionalism to return my email. Very disappointed in the product and the company's service.

Delicious! Bought a case of 4 mojito and 4 mango for my wedding; bartenders created a signature drink for us with both and it was amaaaaaaazing. Will totally keep this on hand permanently.
